Europe was the first continent we ever went to together, all the way back in 2008 when we did a road trip with our friend Mark.
That road trip saw us see a bit of northern England, as well as London, before we caught the Eurostar to Paris and began our road trip.
On the journey, we drove through several countries including France, Germany, Austria, Lichtenstein, Switzerland and Italy.
Adam has also visited Europe a couple of times on his own and ticked off a few travel bucket list items.
In late 2016 we will again return to Europe to spend New Year’s Eve in Paris, along with visits to London and Amsterdam.
Countries Visited in Europe
2008 Europe Road Trip
In 2008 we were lucky enough to head to Europe for a road trip and see some of the most famous sights in the world.
Our journey took us through seven countries including England, France, Germany, Austria, Liechtenstein, Switzerland and Italy.
We kicked our journey off in England, before getting the Eurostar train over to Paris and then picking up a rental car. We even camped in several spots, so got ourselves some tents and camping supplies in Paris.
Along our travels, we got to see sights such as London Bridge, Big Ben, Eiffel Tower, The Louvre, Allianz Arena and San Siro football stadiums, Leaning Tower of Pisa, Swiss Alps, The Coliseum and other amazing sights around Rome.
