Well the day has come, it will be our first taste of wrestling this afternoon with WWE Raw coming to Sacramento.
Given we had such a nice room, we decided to spend the morning chilling at the Airbnb because we were pretty buggered after a long week of walking and events.
We had our usual breakfast and then decided to watch the finale of Survivor before we heard any spoilers. It had been a great season and we were real happy with Myles ‘The Jungle Rat’ winning this season.

After the lazy morning it was now time to head into to town and do some exploring. There were no real plans but when we walked past the Golden 1 Center we noticed a huge lineup of people so assumed something was going down.
Turns out people had gotten their early to line up as doors were opening at 3pm, so rather than risk joining a huge queue, we decided to line up too. We thought what the hell, it was only 25 minutes.
It didn’t take long and we we’re in, but with about 75-minutes to kill, so we decided to do a couple of laps and check things out. Oh, and they had bottomless popcorn again. Score!

The dark matches kicked off about 4:30pm and then we went live right on 5pm. Our seats were a fair way up but we had pretty decent views of the ring and the stadium.
Our main problem is that it was so hard to hear the audio and the wrestlers speaking on the mic. In fact, it was almost impossible to understand anything they were saying due to the distortion and echo, so we kinda had no idea what was happening.
Still, it was a great show. Highlights were the Reigns, Rollins, Punk and Heyman segment at the end. AJ Styles had a good match against Kross, and El Grande Americano was up to mischief again.

We’re not sure who it is, but Adam suspects it is Chad Gable. But it can’t be, can it? How can he be in two places at once!
After the wrestling we did a night walk around Old Sacramento to find a restaurant, but everything seemed to be shut. It appears they like closing food outlets after big events for some strange reason.
We got sick of wondering around for food, like what happened yesterday, so ended up just getting some Taco Bell and then heading home to watch episode 3 of the new Black Mirror season. On to San Jose tomorrow!
